At Mandeep Education Academy, all our products are digital and are delivered immediately after successful payment. Since we do not sell physical goods, this Shipping and Delivery Policy explains how digital products are accessed.
1. Delivery Method
✅ All digital products, including courses, notes, PDFs, and memberships, are delivered electronically.
✅ Once payment is successfully processed, access to the purchased product is provided via:
- Email (Download links or login credentials will be sent to your registered email).
- Telegram (For paid Telegram memberships, you will be auto-added after payment).
- Website Login (For courses and study material hosted on our platform).
2. Delivery Time
✅ Instant Access: Digital products are delivered immediately after payment confirmation.
✅ If there is any delay due to technical issues, access will be granted within 24 hours.
3. Non-Delivery Issues & Support
If you do not receive your purchased product within the expected time:
