At Mandeep Education Academy, we strive to provide high-quality educational content and a seamless experience. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Refund Policy
✅ All sales of digital products (courses, notes, PDFs, memberships) are final and non-refundable.
✅ Since our products are instant-access digital goods, refunds are not applicable once the material has been delivered.
🚨 Exception: Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:
1️⃣ Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same purchase.
2️⃣ Technical Issues: If you do not receive access to the purchased material due to a system error and our support team is unable to resolve it.

2. Subscription Cancellations (For Memberships & Paid Telegram Access)
✅ You can cancel your subscription anytime before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
✅ Cancellation will stop future payments, but past payments are non-refundable.
✅ After cancellation, access to paid content will be revoked at the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Course or Product Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for purchased digital products. However, if you mistakenly purchase the wrong course or membership, contact us at meastudyhub@gmail.com or mandeepeducation4u@gmail.com within 24 hours, and we will review your request.
4. Processing of Approved Refunds
✅ If your refund request is approved, the amount will be credited back via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
✅ Razorpay, Instamojo, or your bank may take additional time for processing.
